Deni Gordon, originally a New Yorker, graduated from the School of Performing Arts (now Juilliard) in New York.

She made her Australian debut in the original cast of Hair in 1969. Over the next five decades she starred in Joseph’s Technicolor Dreamcoat, Godspell, Columbia in Rocky Horror, The Full Monty, Rosaline in QTC’s production of Love’s Labour’s Lost and most recently the musical Half Time.

Deni’s television credits include the original Heartbreak High series as Ronnie, Noah’s Ark mini-series, Farscape and Auntie Jack and the Dingo Principle for ABC TV.

Her film credits include the Priestess in The Matrix, Superman Returns and Fortress. Backing vocals for the late Renee Geyer and Doug Parkinson were a highlight.

Deni will probably most be remembered as the voice of RAGE on the ABC.
