Jochebel is a British actress of Ghanaian heritage. 

Trained in London at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, She made her professional debut in 2018 in the UK & International tour of GHOST: THE MUSICAL playing Louise and understudying/playing Oda Mae Brown. 

Jochebel’s other theatre credits include the UK tour of Disney’s THE LION KING, playing Sarabi and covering/playing Shenzi; the West End revival of Jerry Mitchell’s HAIRSPRAY at The London Coliseum, covering Motormouth Maybelle and the Dynamites; THE COLOR PURPLE at Curve, Leicester & Birmingham Hippodrome, understudying Celie & Nettie – this production was also recorded “Live at Curve” and streamed to an “At Home” audience.

On screen Jochebel is the voice of Jada in the popular children’s animated series GO BUSTER and she will appear in the upcoming Tyler Perry film SIX TRIPLE EIGHT.
